National Account Manager

Chef Jordan’s passion for food requires a lot of exclamation points. And we love it! Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Jordan first wanted to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps to become a firefighter. But then he discovered his love of food, specifically Emeril Lagasse’s philosophy about being a chef. Morning, noon or night, Jordan was hooked, and he was committed to making the food industry his career.

At the age of 16, Jordan entered a high school culinary program offering  a head start to students interested in being a chef. During the program Jordan earned scholarships by winning culinary competitions. After high school he attended Le Cordon in Orlando, Florida. He then went on to create delectable dishes in hotels, restaurants, and resorts before discovering Greek House Chefs in 2014.

Jordan says, “I love this company and everything it stands for. My passion for food continues to grow on a daily basis. I love to learn and I cook new food often. A chef I worked under at the Greenbrier once said to me, ‘A Chef is only as good as his last dish.’ Those words have left a lasting im­pression on everything I try to do with Greek House Chefs. I love being a Chef! I love food!—everything about it!”
